Yup, it is finally here! After friends encouraging me to start my own travel blog I finally decided to do it. A bit late since I started my big trip down under more than 7 months ago but who cares! I better write it down now, now I still know what I did. Because I didn’t keep a dairy and I already notice that I am forgetting bit by bit what I did and where I was the past 7 months. So this will be kind of my online dairy. This way I can share it right away with everybody I want to share my story with. Family, friends and even strangers who want to stalk other strangers because they have know idea what they are doing or where they are going and want to get some idea, or maybe that is just me….
So who am I? My name is Malou, 19 years young backpacker and already lived in three different countries. One year in the United States. By now almost one year in Australia. But my real home has always bin a little town in the south of The Netherlands. I am in love with traveling (of course) but besides that I like snowboarding, surfing or in my case drowning in style and getting photobombed by SHARKS!! (YES, THAT REALLY HAPPEND! :O) Salsa dancing, playing piano and guitar (not that I have a feeling for rhythm) fashion, photography and food :)
